TL;DR
Account Executive (TradFi): Driving the adoption of a canonical onchain data platform among traditional financial institutions and fintechs with an accent on bridging TradFi infrastructure with blockchain applications. Focus on leading technical sales motions, identifying institutional use cases for onchain data, and closing complex enterprise deals.
Location: Remote (Global). Must be able to overlap 2 hours with NYC mornings (10am-12pm ET), Mon-Thu.
Compensation: $180K - $280K

What you will do
- Identify use cases and prospect teams requiring 's data platform for accounting, analytics, or application building.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-potential prospects to meet and exceed quotas.
- Lead technical sales cycles, guiding engineers and product teams from prospecting to closing.
- Master and evangelize 's data schemas across fintech, TradFi, and crypto sectors.
- Collaborate with engineers and analysts to secure customers and solve technical challenges.
- Build and execute strategic territory plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales or partnerships within TradFi, fintech, or financial services.
- Deep expertise in TradFi infrastructure (payments, BaaS, capital markets, custody, or settlement).
- Proven track record of closing large, complex enterprise deals.
- Proficiency with technical products, data platforms, and APIs.
- Working understanding of NFTs, DEXs, decoded logs, and smart contracts.
- Must be able to overlap 2 hours with NYC mornings (10am-12pm ET), Mon-Thu.
