Location: Hybrid (New York, NY; Boston, MA)

Salary: $300,000 – $340,000 OTE

hirify.global is an AI research and development company building Gen AI-driven code review systems to enhance human-machine collaboration in software development.

What you will do

  • Proactively build a book of business through outbound sales efforts and target ICP identification.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and product demos to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and mature Enterprise Sales processes and playbooks in collaboration with Founders and GTM executives.
  • Serve as a product expert to solve customer needs through technical discussions and POVs.
  • Apply sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, or Command of Message to optimize deal velocity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a closing and quota-carrying role with a history of exceeding targets.
  • Must be based in New York, NY or Boston, MA for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Technical competency to build relationships with highly technical prospects and stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-growing startup.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement through coaching.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI, developer tools, and open source technologies.
  • Experience working in a Product Led Growth (PLG) company.
