Location: Remote (Canada, United States)

Salary: $116K–$145K OTE

What you will do

  • Generate interest and expand partnerships for commercial hirify.global products.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
  • Forecast business and spearhead hirify.global's growth within the existing user base.
  • Establish and maintain active client engagement.
  • Respond to and qualify incoming inquiries about hirify.global products.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to share feedback and drive marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience selling to mid-market and/or enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record of success in sales.
  • Experience with technical products or the aptitude to quickly learn complex technical concepts.
  • Experience with all aspects of B2B technology sales, including pre-call planning and closing opportunities.
  • Ability to structure, control, and lead calls.
  • Must have existing work authorization for Canada or the United States, as visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Open Source Software business models.
  • Sales training and Salesforce experience.
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.

Hiring process

  • First 30 days: Onboarding, equipment setup, collaborative training, learning sales tools, core AE functions, and developing prospecting strategies.
  • First 60 days: Focused on Account Management, Opportunity Generation, target accounts, building prospecting lists, connecting with primary customer accounts, and understanding hirify.global products.
  • First 90 days: Independent operation, improving messaging and processes, becoming an accomplished seller with multiple transactions.
