• Partner with Product, Security, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align investments with company goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in distributed systems.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, including managing managers in a high-growth startup.
• Strong hands-on understanding of Java, Kubernetes (K8s), and AWS.
• Experience with multi-region and multi-cloud deployments.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to balance technical perfection with pragmatism.
