What you will do

  • Analyze performance and productivity data to support regional sales leadership in coaching and resource allocation.
  • Lead collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Security to consolidate inputs for contract reviews.
  • Create and publish private offers within AWS, Azure, and GCP marketplace portals.
  • Manage standard contract templates, version control, and coordinate internal approval workflows.
  • Build and maintain approval processes within Salesforce for deals and contracts.
  • Manage and resolve CRM-related issues and requests from sales associates.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in SaaS contracts and the full sales contract lifecycle.
  • Advanced experience using Salesforce CRM.
  • Deep understanding of contract governance and contractual language.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and CCPA regulations.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be based in the United States

Nice to have

  • Experience or knowledge of Salesforce CPQ or other Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
