What you will do

• Lead automation workstreams, combining solution design, scope definition, and delivery management.
• Coordinate automation activities across internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Drive the delivery of manufacturing automation and IT systems in line with project objectives.
• Oversee process automation and data acquisition systems (ISA-95 Level 2/3).
• Ensure compliance with GxP, GAMP, and SDLC requirements and documentation standards.
• Facilitate workshops and actively resolve delivery blockers.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing automation and/or IT systems delivery roles.
• Strong background in process automation and data acquisition systems (PCS, PLC/SCADA, Data Historians).
• Experience with ISA-95 Level 2/3 architectures.
• Understanding of Automation/IT networks and ESX hardware virtualization platforms.
• Experience working in regulated industries (GxP, GAMP, SDLC).
• Proven ability to coordinate vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Siemens, Zenon, or Aveva/OSIsoft PI.
• Knowledge of Siemens PCS7 control systems.
