What you will do

• Lead the People Operations function, overseeing payroll, benefits, HR systems, and compliance.
• Manage payroll approvals and administer benefits, including annual renewals and broker relations.
• Optimize HR system workflows to serve as a center of excellence for People Business Partners.
• Handle leave management and ensure compliance with state and federal laws, including filings such as 5500s and CAA RX.
• Administer the 401(k) plan, including non-discrimination testing, participant accuracy, and auditing.
• Implement AI and automation tools to improve the efficiency and accuracy of People Ops processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of HR experience with deep expertise in payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• High technical proficiency with HR systems and automation tools.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to streamline workflows.
• Ability to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in South Jordan, UT.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Tech/SaaS industry.
• Specific experience managing 401(k) plans.

Hiring process
