What you will do
- Develop territory and key account plans, expansion strategies, and execute them.
- Build deep relationships at all levels, understanding business needs and technical challenges.
- Maintain robust opportunity pipeline through prospecting, qualifying, and progressing deals.
- Collect market insights and share internally.
- Collaborate with customer success, marketing, product, and engineering teams.
- Deliver closed business to meet quota and drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Extensive enterprise sales experience selling to healthcare/life sciences, engaging C-suite, negotiating agreements
- Track record meeting $1.5M+ sales goals with $100k+ average deal size
- Data-driven pipeline building and quota achievement
- Experience in innovative tech (SaaS/Open Source/Cloud), partnering cross-functionally
- Strong communication of technology value via writing, presentations, demos
- Self-motivated in fast-paced environment; proficient with CRM tools
- Excellent written and verbal English
