Customer Success Manager (Media + Agency): Own relationships with media and agency clients like NBCU, Paramount, and Publicis, driving adoption, attribution, and expansion with an accent on media KPIs, churn prevention, and NRR targets. Focus on executive engagement, strategic QBRs, platform migrations, and cross-functional alignment to unlock revenue growth.
Location: Based in Soho, New York City and expected to be in office 4 days a week. NYC presence required to deepen media relationships on-site and at events.
Salary: up to $105-125k OTE plus equity.

What you will do
- Own NRR targets: drive usage, adoption, renewals, and expansion across your media + agency portfolio.
- Monitor health scores, flag at-risk signals, and build recovery plans proactively.
- Lead executive engagement, Strategic QBRs, and campaign reviews to multi-thread client relationships.
- Mitigate risks, solve problems fast, and influence cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, GTM).
- Coordinate platform migrations, manage timelines, and partner with Sales on upsell opportunities.
- Align workflows with media buying cycles, flight dates, and campaign refreshes.
Requirements
- 4-8 years in media-focused CSM, Account Management, or similar roles
- Proven track record managing at-risk accounts, driving renewals, and hitting NRR targets
- Experience with media brands, ideally TV or digital broadcast; strong grasp of attribution, analytics, media KPIs
- Managing platform migrations or complex product transitions for enterprise clients
- Clear communicator comfortable with senior stakeholders; independent operator in fast-paced startup
- Comfortable in HubSpot (or quick ramp-up) and health score tooling
