Salary: $132,000 — $198,000 USD / $124,000 — $186,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Design and manage a quarterly roadmap focused on high-impact personalization and automated experimentation workflows.
  • Implement AI/ML capabilities via Adobe Target to dynamically serve high-performing experiences to specific user segments.
  • Define and build high-value audiences based on firmographics, intent data, and user behavior.
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for engineering partners.
  • Analyze experiment results for segment-specific lift to identify industry or company-size performance gaps.
  • Lead performance reviews to demonstrate how personalization shortens the sales cycle and improves the user journey.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of growth and experimentation experience with a heavy emphasis on segmentation-based testing.
  • 1+ year of direct experience in personalization.
  • Deep hands-on mastery of Adobe Target, specifically Experience Targeting (XT) and Auto-Target features.
  • Strong fluency in web analytics and the ability to derive actionable insights for personalization loops.
  • Proven ability to communicate data layer requirements and tag implementation needs to developers.
  • Experience presenting complex personalization strategies to executive leadership.

Nice to have

  • B2B experience using tools like Marketo, Clay, CommonRoom, Demandbase, and 6sense.
  • Familiarity with using Adobe Target’s AI capabilities to automate experience discovery.
  • Experience with Tableau for visualizing user friction points.
