• Collaborate with leadership to define the ideal candidate profiles for the technical organization.

• Proven track record in technical recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Experience scaling engineering teams within a fast-paced startup environment.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco, California.
