Location: Remote (U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States; positions also mentioned for Mexico City)
Salary: $112,000 - $188,200 per year

What you will do
- Build and lead a high-performing Sales Governance team, including hiring, coaching, and developing specialists.
- Own recurring performance management and governance analytics, partnering with Finance and Biz Ops on regionalization and headcount decisions.
- Govern end-to-end book of business and partner lifecycle workflows across multiple channels.
- Drive data quality and implement a robust audit framework for compensation, routing, and compliance.
- Oversee high-volume case work and exception handling by defining SLAs and operational playbooks.
- Manage GTM tools (Gong, Salesloft) and oversee offshore operations with clear QA mechanisms.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations.
- 2+ years of people management experience leading operational or shared-services teams.
- Experience designing and improving policy-driven, auditable, and scalable operational processes.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and GTM tools like Gong and Salesloft.
- Strong analytical skills to translate findings into business recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in ads, marketplace, or SaaS environments.
- Hands-on admin experience with Gong or Salesloft.
- Experience managing offshore or vendor teams and building QA programs.
- Familiarity with segmentation and coverage modeling.
