Salary: $104,000 — $143,000 USD

What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor for the Corporate segment, supporting forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting.
- Lead annual planning processes, developing analyses for bookings targets, headcount, and pipeline across the Commercial organization.
- Conduct business reviews and initiate structured projects to bridge performance gaps in collaboration with sales leadership.
- Automate and refine sales-facing reporting and KPIs, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
- Manage account ownership mapping and ensure operational discipline through regular audits of accounts and opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with 3+ years in Sales Operations, Consulting, Finance, or Strategic Planning.
- Proficient understanding of the SaaS business model and GTM Sales metrics.
- Experience navigating GTM Tech Stack: Salesforce, Anaplan, People.ai, and Clari.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SQL is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to translate ambiguous requirements into project plans.
- Must be based in or able to work from Bellevue, Washington.
