Salary: $150,000 - $180,000

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of analysts, fostering a high-performance culture and investing in career growth.
- Partner with Product, Software, Hardware, and Algorithms teams to quantify impact and identify value sources.
- Develop a strategic analytic roadmap to uncover insights on member behavior, retention, and feature adoption.
- Design and oversee experimentation (A/B testing, causal inference) with rigorous success criteria.
- Build scalable analytics tools, including data pipelines and agentic reporting solutions.
- Provide action-oriented recommendations to senior stakeholders to influence product roadmaps.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategic/analytical roles partnering with product and development teams.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of analysts.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, dbt, and Snowflake.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Hex, or Tableau.
- Expertise in running experiments, including A/B testing and causal inference.
- Must be based in or able to relocate to Boston, MA.

- Experience working across multiple product domains simultaneously.
- Ability to engage with technical PMs on signal processing and device-level analytics.
