What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of analysts, fostering a high-performance culture and investing in career growth.
• Partner with Product, Software, Hardware, and Algorithms teams to quantify impact and identify value sources.
• Develop a strategic analytic roadmap to uncover insights on member behavior, retention, and feature adoption.
• Design and oversee experimentation (A/B testing, causal inference) with rigorous success criteria.
• Build scalable analytics tools, including data pipelines and agentic reporting solutions.
• Provide action-oriented recommendations to senior stakeholders to influence product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategic/analytical roles partnering with product and development teams.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of analysts.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, dbt, and Snowflake.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Hex, or Tableau.
• Expertise in running experiments, including A/B testing and causal inference.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Boston, MA.

• Experience working across multiple product domains simultaneously.
• Ability to engage with technical PMs on signal processing and device-level analytics.
