Location: Remote (US). Not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, and WA.
Salary: $171,120 - $251,600

What you will do
- Design new GTM capabilities and optimize systemic process enhancements to improve rep productivity and customer experience.
- Lead company-wide system transformations, including CRM migrations and billing system overhauls.
- Architect the GTM AI roadmap, identifying GenAI use cases to automate manual tasks and provide predictive insights.
- Govern business requirements and user stories, serving as the bridge between Field operations and Enterprise Tech.
- Establish a strategic intake and prioritization framework to align engineering focus with high-ROI drivers.
- Manage the GTM tech stack prioritization and lead "Voice of the Field" feedback programs.
Requirements
- 10+ years in GTM Operations, Business Systems, or Management Consulting.
- 2+ years of experience in people management.
- Deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem and integrated GTM tools such as Clari, Gong, or Outreach.
- Proven experience defining high-impact AI use cases for revenue organizations and driving adoption.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences and vague business wants into precise technical needs.
- Must be based in the US (excluding CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA).
