Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Support enterprise account managers and sales teams as a technical cybersecurity sales expert.
• Qualify customer requirements, gather use cases, and design security solutions for cloud and on-premise environments.
• Deliver technical presentations, customer demonstrations, solution proposals, and competitive differentiation.
• Lead proof-of-concept engagements from initial planning through completion.
• Coordinate technical responses to RFIs and RFPs, including virtual teams and partner organizations.
• Build trusted customer relationships, support beta programs, mentor SEs, and maintain presales activity in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Turkish required.
• Understanding of SecOps and XDR.
• Experience with endpoint security and EDR.
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies and security solutions.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at different levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with regional teams.
