What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor for clients and channel partners in Poland and Eastern Europe.
• Lead technical discussions, live demonstrations, and product presentations to articulate value propositions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored proposals and lead proof-of-concept (PoC) projects.
• Train and enable local partners to independently position hirify.global solutions in the Polish market.
• Perform detailed assessments of client security infrastructures to identify vulnerabilities and suggest improvements.
• Represent the company at industry events and contribute to thought leadership via webinars and panels.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in pre-sales engineering or technical consulting within the cybersecurity field.
• Strong understanding of EDR, XDR, network security, incident response, threat intelligence, and DLP.
• Hands-on experience with at least two security technologies (e.g., EDR, XDR, NDR, or DLP).
• Fluent in both Polish and English.
• Must be based in Poland and willing to travel extensively across the Eastern European region.
• Familiarity with EU/EE regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, NIS2, and the Polish National Cybersecurity System Act (KSC).

Nice to have

• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
• Knowledge of cloud security and OT security trends.
• Proficiency in additional Eastern European languages.
