Salary: $170,000 – $235,000 USD / $165,000 – $210,000 CAD (depending on location)

What you will do
- Create organizational structures and project plans to ensure high-quality delivery on time and on budget.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to drive results and proactive project outcomes.
- Define and implement best practices across all stages of the game development lifecycle.
- Act as the primary player advocate to ensure the ultimate quality of the product.
- Communicate the core game experience to the broader organization and leverage shared resources for growth.
- Navigate the game team through the entire process from concept through live operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams in game development.
- Proven track record with at least 2 shipped games as Executive Producer, Development Director, or Game Director.
- Extensive fluency in the full game development lifecycle, from concept through live ops.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with project management tools (Jira preferred).
- Experience with mobile games is preferred.
