TL;DR
Producer (Gamedev): Managing the development of PC and mobile titles from concept to release with an accent on project schedules, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication. Focus on driving product vision, coordinating with studio leads, and managing live operations for shipped games.
Location: Must be located in the BC area or open to relocate to the BC area, with willingness to travel to downtown Vancouver at least once a month.
Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 CAD

What you will do
- Lead game development from concept to final release, ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality targets are met.
- Define and communicate the product vision and long-term strategy in collaboration with Studio Directors and Leads.
- Create and manage milestone schedules and project management documentation including status reports and project plans.
- Manage live operations for released products, adding features and updates to improve player experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external publishers and business partners to manage expectations and delivery.
- Mentor junior production staff and conduct annual reviews and career goal setting for Team Leads.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Producer in PC, mobile, and console games.
- Experience shipping at least 2 titles in a producer, product owner, or senior production role.
- Strong grounding in project management practices and Agile development using tools like Jira.
- Proven track record of managing the full game development lifecycle from start to finish.
- Must be based in the BC area or be open to relocation to Canada.
- Outstanding organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
