Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 a year

What you will do

• Oversee cross-discipline feature teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Establish and maintain team schedules while assessing daily capacity.
• Manage resource requirements, priorities, and project dependencies.
• Collaborate with technical and creative leadership to clarify project goals and deliverables.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and maintain transparent communication with the project team.
• Proactively manage scope and quality to mitigate potential risks.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a producer or project manager capacity.
• Strong technical understanding of software used in game or digital entertainment development.
• Experience in short and long term scope and capacity management.
• Proven ability to create effective mitigation and contingency plans.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada and residency within Canada.

Nice to have

• University degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in cross-platform development environments.
• A track record of at least 2 shipped AAA game projects.
• Experience with Hansoft, JIRA, or similar project management tools.
• Lean/Agile certifications.
