What you will do

• Lead and scale the operating model and execution of Lifecycle content across multiple studios to ensure consistent campaign quality.
• Act as a central partner to studios and CRM teams to optimize the use of Player Engagement Services (PES) capabilities.
• Define and optimize central lifecycle operations, including intake models, prioritization frameworks, and delivery standards.
• Drive the long-term strategic direction for player engagement from pre-launch through live service.
• Establish operational KPIs and success metrics to measure execution quality and studio impact.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and close tooling, data, and process gaps.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in production, marketing operations, or project management, preferably in gaming.
• Proven track record of owning and scaling multiple cross-functional programs or services.
• Experience building operating models, workflows, and service delivery systems for multiple stakeholders.
• Strong ability to lead through influence and align senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Deep understanding of game development and live service operations.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for benefits and payroll.
