What you will do
- Partner with the Senior Producer to shape the long-term vision and goals for live game development.
- Manage and cultivate project teams across disciplines, including artists, designers, software engineers, and QA.
- Drive and implement studio-wide process improvement initiatives to ensure operational excellence.
- Establish project schedules, resource requirements, and strategic objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Oversee project progress within assigned budgets, managing changes, risks, and dependencies.
- Mentor staff, develop team skills, and foster an environment of innovation and ownership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of project management experience in the entertainment or software development industry.
- 3+ years in a leadership role with strong people management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or project management certification with a focus on Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency with JIRA and resource management tools for tracking and analyzing allocation.
- Deep understanding of the Games as a Service (GaaS) business model.
- Must be based in and work on-site in Vancouver.
