What you will do

• Manage day-to-day production of multiple slot game projects.
• Align teams on goals, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Run agile processes including sprint planning, reviews, and backlog tracking.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve blockers.
• Coordinate communication across Design, Art, Engineering, QA, and Mathematicians.
• Ensure builds and features meet quality standards and deadlines.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in game production or project management.
• Strong knowledge of Agile practices and tools like JIRA.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Clear communication skills for cross-functional teams.
• Comfort in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated gaming environments.
• Understanding of slot game development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Confluence or similar tools.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows.
