What you will do
- Manage relationships with senior leaders in FTSE 100 and global enterprise companies.
- Execute account strategies to drive revenue growth through cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
- Lead complex, high-value sales cycles from initial engagement to closing.
- Develop tailored proposals and ROI-driven business cases for AI transformation goals.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation.
Requirements
- Proven track record of exceeding targets in B2B Enterprise Sales, preferably within EdTech.
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Proficiency in structured sales frameworks such as MEDDICC or Challenger.
- Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment with a self-driven mindset.
- Genuine interest in technology, AI, and workforce transformation.

Hiring process
- Combined screening and competency-based interview (1 hour).
