Location: Home based, UK (with occasional travel to London office)

What you will do

  • Manage relationships with senior leaders in FTSE 100 and global enterprise companies.
  • Execute account strategies to drive revenue growth through cross-sell and up-sell initiatives.
  • Lead complex, high-value sales cycles from initial engagement to closing.
  • Develop tailored proposals and ROI-driven business cases for AI transformation goals.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Delivery teams to ensure seamless implementation.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding targets in B2B Enterprise Sales, preferably within EdTech.
  • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in structured sales frameworks such as MEDDICC or Challenger.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment with a self-driven mindset.
  • Genuine interest in technology, AI, and workforce transformation.

Hiring process

  • Combined screening and competency-based interview (1 hour).
  • Task and role-play session with follow-up questions (1 hour).
