Salary: USD $140,400 - $372,300 / year

What you will do
- Own and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for breadth developer programs, aligning with and Microsoft priorities.
- Establish success frameworks, identify gaps, and incubate new programs to increase global reach and impact.
- Build partnerships across Developer Relations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing; represent developer voice internally.
- Lead multi-year, multi-region programs with end-to-end accountability, scalable operating models, and risk management.
- Drive strategy for developer content, enablement, events, hackathons, and learning initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years in product/service/project/program management, software development, product design, or related (or Bachelor's + 6 years, or equivalent)
- 3+ years people management experience
- 3+ years leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional programs with global reach and executive visibility
- 3+ years working with technical teams, developer audiences, and/or open-source communities
- Location: Remote from United States only
