What you will do
- Deliver complex customer engagements by providing technical leadership and guidance to implementation teams.
- Guide technical teams through architectural decisions and trade-offs between established and innovative approaches.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies impacting project timelines.
- Produce high-quality deliverables, status reports, program plans, and customer responses.
- Manage program aspects including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and resources with focus on technical complexity.
- Act as primary escalation point for technical delivery issues and build trust with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Clearable with the US Government.
- Proven technical acumen to stay current on trends and make sound decisions without hands-on coding.
- Experience managing large, complex engagements and technical challenges, including scope-budget-timeline trade-offs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, and influence over technical teams.
- Experience with BI, data management, and big data technologies preferred.
- Ability to multitask multiple engagements with high customer satisfaction.
