Salary: $162,000 — $244,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead program execution for initiatives entering highly regulated federal environments, ensuring adherence to compliance frameworks.
• Serve as the primary liaison between functional/technical teams, federal partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive program plans, risk management strategies, and milestone tracking.
• Create and deliver executive-level status reports and briefings for C-suite and senior government officials.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of compliance requirements into all workstreams.
• Collaborate with regulators and hirify.global leaders to ensure mission impact and exceed expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of program or project management experience in federal regulated industries.
• Active TS/SCI clearance (required at time of hire).
• Must be located within commuting distance of Washington, DC.
• Experience with federal compliance frameworks (CMMC) and authorizations (FedRamp High, IL4/5/6/7).
• Experience bringing commercial software into air-gapped highly regulated Cloud Environments, including AWS.
• Proven track record of relationship management with federal government customers and partners.

Nice to have

• Active PMP, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certification.
• Background in software/technology programs serving DoD, Intelligence Community, or civilian federal agencies.
