Salary: $87,202 - $128,538

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program management from planning through execution and delivery
• Drive cross-functional alignment, facilitate collaboration, and ensure excellent customer experience
• Manage dependencies, risks, and resources while maintaining transparent status reporting to leadership
• Conduct post-project evaluations and support change management for new processes
• Provide peer mentorship and promote a trusting environment for collaborative problem-solving

Requirements

• 3+ years proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
• Excellent knowledge of Google Suite; working knowledge of program management software
• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment

Nice to have

• Experience with Asana
• BSc/BA in management or relevant field
• PMP certification
