Principal Program Manager (Healthtech)

Salary: $158,000 - $176,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects and workstreams within enterprise transformation programs.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resources using PMO best practices and governance standards.
• Act as the primary client liaison, managing communications with executive sponsors and business stakeholders.
• Oversee vendor relationships from SOW development through delivery and accountability tracking.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks and integrate Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities.
• Strengthen PMO capabilities by adopting AI-assisted delivery tools and sharing best practices across teams.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional project management experience in complex environments.
• Proven experience leading agile and waterfall projects end-to-end.
• Experience working in matrixed organizations with cross-functional teams and shared accountability.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Office, JIRA, and Aha!.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted delivery, forecasting, or analytics tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology modernization or multi-vendor delivery projects.
• Background in digital transformation or Corporate Data Office initiatives.
• Experience partnering with Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams.
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification.
