What you will do

• Coordinate activities across open source projects, aligning with strategic goals.
• Facilitate community meetings: prepare agendas, capture actions, and follow up.
• Maintain project documentation, records, and membership data.
• Partner with project leads, maintainers, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Support visibility efforts like blogs, press releases, and events.
• Track budgets, monitor expenditures, and contribute to annual planning.
• Implement open source best practices and resolve blocking issues.

Requirements

• 2–3 years in program coordination, community facilitation, or project management.
• Experience planning, prioritizing, and communicating with stakeholders in virtual environments.
• Comfortable with technical and business audiences; clear synthesis and communication.
• Familiarity with Slack, GitHub, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
• Self-directed, proactive, strong organizational skills, and composed under pressure.
