What you will do

• Define and own the growth strategy and roadmap for both self-serve and enterprise products.
• Analyze the full user lifecycle from discovery and onboarding to conversion, expansion, and long-term retention.
• Lead experiments and strategic initiatives in partnership with design, engineering, and marketing to improve acquisition and engagement.
• Optimize conversion and upgrade funnels, and evolve pricing and packaging based on user behavior and A/B test results.
• Drive company-wide growth initiatives that balance customer value with sustainable business impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with significant time in growth-focused roles.
• Experience shipping products with technical complexity and dual self-serve and enterprise growth motions.
• Proven track record of translating customer insights and data into successful growth strategies.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and shape unformed ideas into repeatable wins.
• Must be based in the United States.
