What you will do

• Define the vision and data-driven roadmap for Vrbo Sponsored Listings from MVP to global scale.
• Design and iterate on monetization and auction strategies, including CPA bidding models and conversion tracking.
• Lead the delivery of AI-driven agentic workflows for campaign creation, budgeting, and performance insights.
• Drive platform and API integrations across Vrbo and partner ecosystems, including connectivity providers.
• Partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Finance to ensure solutions are scalable and commercially viable.
• Optimize product performance using qualitative/quantitative insights and experimentation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in AdTech, SaaS, or data-driven products.
• Proven track record of owning complex, API-driven products end-to-end, from strategy to launch.
• Ability to define and act on product KPIs using data analysis and experimentation.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and integrating AI-driven systems into real-world products.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Seattle, WA, USA.

Nice to have

• Experience building or scaling marketplace, ads, or performance-based products.
• Background in driving architecture and system design discussions for scalable, low-debt solutions.
• Experience applying experimentation frameworks and cohort analysis to monetization decisions.
