Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in the USA (Coppell, TX; Tampa, FL; Minneapolis, MN; Austin, TX; Plantation, FL)

Salary: $107,500 - $188,400 USD

What you will do

• Lead product offerings from 0-1 and own the long-term roadmap, vision, and priorities.
• Translate high-level strategy into clear requirements, specifications, and measurable success metrics.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality product enhancements for a critical SaaS platform.
• Analyze product performance using quantitative metrics and qualitative research to guide data-informed decisions.
• Identify and champion AI opportunities to unlock improvements in user experience and workflow efficiency.
• Partner with Go-To-Market stakeholders to drive customer adoption and achieve revenue objectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (Hybrid attendance: 8 days/month).
• 8+ years of Product Management or Founder experience, ideally in early-stage or fast-scaling startups.
• Strong intuition for the capabilities and limitations of LLMs and AI.
• Proven track record of owning and scaling B2B products with significant business impact.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred).
