Focus on hiring, coaching, and aligning with cross-functional sales teams to achieve quarterly pipeline targets.

Location: Onsite in San Francisco, California

Salary: $140,000 — $175,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Lead a dynamic team of SDRs overseeing inbound lead processing and outbound outreach.
  • Develop quarterly plans to meet and exceed pipeline targets.
  • Hire, onboard, and provide regular coaching and professional development for new SDRs.
  • Monitor KPIs and metrics to increase team productivity.
  • Partner with sales managers and account executives to ensure alignment on account coverage and opportunity quality.
  • Manage quota achievements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or sales development, or 1+ years leading a team.
  • Mastery of Salesforce.com.
  • Proven track record of hiring, developing, and inspiring top talent.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to transform data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Must be based in San Francisco, California
