TL;DR

Principal Product Manager (AI/AdTech): Leading predictive planning and recommendation experiences for advertisers using ML-driven forecasting with an accent on data, models, and UX strategy. Focus on evolving experiences into agentic LLM-powered workflows and translating complex signals into actionable growth decisions.

Location: Must be based in Redmond, United States (Hybrid: expected to work from the office at least four days per week).

Salary: $163,000 – $296,400 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and communicate the strategy and roadmap for planning and recommendation products across the Microsoft ad ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Data Science and ML teams to leverage forecasting models and scenario planning for advertisers.
  • Own end-to-end product strategy spanning data, models, and UX, evolving them into agentic, LLM-powered workflows.
  • Represent customer needs internally and champion them to drive product improvements and measurable advertiser outcomes.
  • Lead go-to-market efforts with marketing and sales to ensure adoption and transparency.
  • Influence industry standards to establish leadership in responsible advertising.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development.
  • Must be located within a 50-mile commute of the Redmond office to meet the 4-day per week onsite requirement.
  • Experience taking products, features, or experiences to market, including design and achieving product-market fit.
  • Proven track record of improving product metrics, growing customer bases, and reducing churn.
  • Experience developing digital advertising products, specifically on the demand/buying side platform.
