What you will do

• Define and execute strategy for the “AI Factory,” elevating platform capabilities for building, deploying, and managing AI systems.
• Advance governance features, integrating model validation, automated documentation, attestation, and periodic revalidation into the lifecycle.
• Lead next-generation MLOps development, supporting Generative AI models and streamlining AI workflows.
• Enhance platform integration and coherence to accelerate AI projects from inception to production.
• Engage with AI/ML community, speak at conferences, and align product strategy with market trends and customer needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software for data scientists, ML/AI engineers, or similar personas.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML ecosystem, DS/AI workflows, tools, platforms, and methodologies.
• Strategic thinking with commercial acumen to craft product strategies driving business growth.
• High standards for product quality, design, and user experience.
• Strong technical proficiency (CS background), comfortable discussing trade-offs with engineers.
• Enterprise customer intuition with strong communication for sales and client interactions.
