What you will do

• Define and lead the mobile product vision, strategy, OKRs, and roadmap based on customer insights and business goals.
• Own prioritization and delivery of mobile features to enhance the post-purchase healthcare experience and engagement.
• Partner with engineering, design, QA, and audiology teams to maintain a data-informed backlog.
• Use quantitative analytics and qualitative research to identify opportunities and refine product direction.
• Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning and cross-functional coordination.
• Collaborate with regulatory stakeholders to ensure adherence to FDA requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with a strong focus on mobile applications.
• Proven experience building and scaling connected products involving Bluetooth or wireless technologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams across mobile, hardware, and firmware environments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Amplitude or Segment.
• Comfortable operating in regulated environments, ideally with exposure to FDA-regulated healthcare products.
• Must be based in the United States
