Salary: Base pay range between $257,243 and $474,416

What you will do

• Act as the General Manager for the oncology product line, owning the Northstar liquid biopsy product roadmap.
• Lead product launch strategies, overseeing everything from assay development to software apps and regulatory constraints.
• Manage and inspire a cross-functional team of R&D, clinical, engineering, and commercial experts.
• Serve as the leading company expert on user needs, market trends, and oncology diagnostic solutions.
• Design and deliver a seamless user experience across the entire testing process.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive data-driven enhancements and maintain market leadership.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of product management experience with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of complex product lines.
• Proven experience launching diagnostic testing products, preferably in oncology or NGS-based diagnostics.
• GM-like mindset combining strategic vision with hands-on execution skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in product launch strategy, go-to-market execution, and program management.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to the SF Bay Area.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (Masters/PhD) in molecular biology, bioengineering, medicine, chemical biology, or a related field.
• Direct experience launching and managing NGS-based diagnostic testing assays.
