VC-backed healthcare technology company developing next-generation Automated External Defibrillators (AED) and response software to improve cardiac arrest survival rates.

What you will do

• Review customer invoices for accuracy and ensure adherence to revenue recognition requirements.
• Post incoming payments to the NetSuite ERP system accurately on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to manage collection efforts via phone and email.
• Maintain accounts receivable records, ensuring aging is up to date and miscellaneous differences are cleared.
• Identify areas for performance improvement to streamline the accounts receivable process.
• Assist with credit reviews utilizing Dun & Bradstreet reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting functions.
• Knowledge of enterprise-level ERP systems.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Brisbane, CA.
• Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with startup companies.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite.
