What you will do

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Execute monthly financial closes, create journal entries, and perform account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure accurate reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual close packages.
• Build, implement, and maintain accounting processes, systems, and internal controls to mitigate risk and improve transparency.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate future business needs and manage compliance.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of accounting experience at a rapidly growing, early-stage company.
• Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in accounting software, such as NetSuite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Must be based in the United States.
