Staff Accountant (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote within the United States

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 base annually, plus equity eligibility

What you will do

• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations.
• Assist with monthly financial close activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and monthly, quarterly, and annual close package reporting.
• Manage intercompany allocations and financial data for consolidated business results.
• Maintain financial tools and systems while helping improve accounting processes, systems, and internal controls.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience in a startup or public accounting company.
• Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in accounting software such as NetSuite.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and collaboration.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Current or in-progress CPA license.
