Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA
Salary: $140,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end AP process, including invoice receipt, GL coding, approval routing, and payment execution.
- Lead month-end close activities by preparing AP accruals and reconciling the AP subledger to the general ledger.
- Administer the corporate card program, manage spending limits, and perform employee expense reviews.
- Manage billing and invoicing processes, collaborating with Sales to ensure accurate revenue recognition alignment.
- Build and optimize internal accounting processes, transitioning them from an external firm to the internal stack.
- Maintain vendor master data, including W-9 collection and annual 1099 preparation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of accounting experience with a strong focus on accounts payable.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Experience with cloud-based ERP or accounting platforms.
- Must be based in San Francisco, CA (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- CPA candidate or actively pursuing CPA licensure.
- Experience with Salesforce (CRM) and billing workflows.
- Experience supporting quote-to-cash or order-to-cash processes.
