• Design and deploy sophisticated acquisition strategies across Meta, Google, Programmatic, and emerging platforms.
• Develop innovative advertising campaigns to achieve short-term donor goals and long-term fundraising success.
• Analyze performance data to explain results and align with clients' broader missions.
• Navigate rapid-response news-cycle marketing, pivoting strategies in real-time to raise millions for causes.
• Stay ahead of privacy changes and platform shifts to keep progressive partners competitive.

Requirements

• At least 3 years managing complex paid media portfolios in high-growth startup, major agency, or political organization
• Product Manager approach to ads, focusing on post-click experience and conversion rate optimization
• Excellent quantitative skills, Excel proficiency, and data-driven strategic decisions
• Extensive experience with ad manager backends
• Obsession with optimization for efficiency gains
• Deep commitment to progressive causes
