What you will do

• Define and lead the global performance marketing and acquisition strategy for CAP.
• Own the SEO and answer engine optimization (AEO) strategy, including technical SEO and content architecture.
• Direct paid search and paid social execution across Google, Bing, and LinkedIn.
• Establish executive-level performance measurement frameworks and attribution reporting.
• Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team of SEO and paid media specialists.

Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in performance marketing or growth within B2B financial services, fintech, or SaaS.
• Proven success in owning both organic and paid growth strategies with measurable business outcomes.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO and emerging AI/LLM-driven answer engines.
• Experience managing large-scale budgets and forecasting for paid media.
• Ability to operate within large, matrixed enterprise environments with strict legal and compliance requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup (at least 3 days a week in-office) in New York or Atlanta.

• Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or equivalent senior leadership training.
• Experience establishing governance frameworks for SEO and paid media compliance.
