What you will do

  • Serve as the strategic media lead for key clients, overseeing the entire process from planning to execution.
  • Design and execute integrated media plans aligned with long-term KPIs and market whitespace opportunities.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign operations, including vendor negotiations, contract development, and budget oversight.
  • Build and mentor a collaborative media team, fostering professional growth and executional excellence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with client services to support business development and portfolio growth.
  • Provide data-backed recommendations and performance results to clients with executive presence.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Colombia.
  • 8+ years of experience leading or supporting media strategy development and activation.
  • 5+ years of experience managing digital marketing or media delivery teams across performance channels.
  • Hands-on proficiency with DV360, The Trade Desk, Meta Ads Manager, and enterprise-grade DSPs.
  • Expert use of Nielsen, MediaRadar, and analytics platforms to uncover competitive trends.
  • Deep knowledge of digital (social, programmatic) and traditional (TV, Radio, OOH) channels.

Nice to have

  • Strong background in B2B or Financial Services/Banking.
  • Strong appreciation for design and user experience.
