What you will do
- Own the strategic roadmap for paid marketing creative across social, search, display, and YouTube.
- Identify viral content patterns and hooks to inform the development of high-performing direct response creative.
- Design and oversee a structured creative testing program to iterate on winning concepts.
- Collaborate with media buyers, creative teams, and video production partners to ensure a strong asset pipeline.
- Translate performance data into actionable insights to refine messaging and storytelling frameworks.
- Manage the creative production flow from ideation to launch across multiple channels.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, creative strategy, or growth-focused advertising.
- Proven track record of developing video-first advertising strategies and viral-worthy content.
- Deep understanding of direct response marketing principles and performance analytics.
- Experience working cross-functionally with analytics, production, and media buying teams.
- Ability to manage multiple creative pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the US (no sponsorship available).
