Salary: $78,400 – $107,800 per year

is recruiting on behalf of a partner company specializing in enterprise experience design and research.
What you will do
- Synthesize VOC data, research findings, and operational metrics into structured insight narratives and opportunity areas.
- Translate customer and market signals into actionable recommendations to address experience gaps and priorities.
- Apply experience strategy frameworks (desirability, feasibility, viability) to structure and prioritize challenges.
- Develop CX measurement approaches, defining hypotheses and success metrics tied to customer outcomes.
- Align experience insights with strategic business goals, financial outcomes, and operational performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to prepare and document outputs from strategic working sessions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in experience strategy, customer insights, CX analytics, or human-centered research.
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, psychology, anthropology, business, or market research.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong skills in synthesis, problem structuring, and storytelling to translate complex inputs into clear insights.
- Ability to perform light data analysis and create basic visualizations.
- Working knowledge of CX metrics such as NPS, CSAT, or journey-based metrics.

- Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
