What you will do

• Design end-to-end experiences from discovery and conceptualization to delivery and launch.
• Collaborate with product managers, researchers, data scientists, and engineers to define and solve design problems.
• Conduct user research and data analysis to inform design decisions and validate them through rapid prototyping.
• Contribute to the evolution of the internal design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product suite.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the high-quality delivery of user interfaces.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing web and mobile-based applications.
• Experience designing complex, content-heavy workflows, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or benefits domains.
• Proven ability to work within cross-functional teams.
• Professional portfolio with case studies demonstrating design process and business impact.
• Refined craft in visual design, typography, and brand expression.
• Fluency in Figma and must be based in New York City.
