Salary: $85,600 - $149,400 USD

What you will do

• Lead the planning and execution of generative and evaluative user research initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Management, UX Design, and Engineering to align research with business objectives.
• Partner with UX design leads to evaluate prototypes and validate solutions with customers.
• Drive a culture of feedback and metrics to ensure continuous improvement in the user experience.
• Support exploration and experimentation with AI based on identified user research patterns.
• Manage senior stakeholders and implement standardized processes for research quality and consistency.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA permanently.
• At least 6 years of relevant research experience in industry or startup environments.
• Familiarity with Lean Product and Lean UX principles.
• Experience leading visioning workshops with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven track record working in Lean/Agile development environments.
• Experience working within distributed, collaborative teams.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Experience working in finance or corporate compliance environments.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
