Location: Remote. Must be based in LATAM or the Philippines and have significant overlap with US Eastern Time (EST) business hours.

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for warm inbound leads from initial outreach and discovery to contract finalization.
- Execute disciplined follow-up strategies to maintain engagement and increase conversion rates.
- Conduct professional video presentations and handle objections with property managers and decision-makers.
- Coordinate site visits and prepare accurate proposals to drive deal progression through approval cycles.
- Maintain high CRM hygiene and report weekly pipeline health and performance metrics to leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account executive, account management, or B2B sales roles.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Airtable, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Based in LATAM or the Philippines with availability for US Eastern Time overlap.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deals and maintain strict pipeline discipline.
