Salary: $220,000 - $260,000 a year

What you will do
- Own demand generation strategy across channels, including events, partnerships, content syndication, and ABM.
- Build and manage a predictable pipeline engine aligned to revenue goals.
- Partner with Sales to align on ICPs, buying committees, messaging, and pipeline conversion.
- Lead campaign planning from concept through execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Manage and grow a high-performing demand gen team and agency partners.
- Implement and optimize marketing automation and attribution models.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
- 10+ years of experience leading or managing teams.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue in a high-growth environment.
- Deep experience across events, partnerships, lifecycle, and account-based marketing.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Redwood City, CA.
- This role requires up to 25% travel.
