What you will do

  • Own end-to-end member lifecycle strategy across awareness, activation, engagement, and re-engagement stages.
  • Develop omni-channel member campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app) grounded in behavioral science and audience segmentation.
  • Build and optimize automated consumer journeys using modern CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate personalization, improve segmentation, and scale content production.
  • Define and track member engagement KPIs, using data to continuously test and improve campaign performance.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing member marketing team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of marketing experience in consumer/member-facing lifecycle or engagement roles.
  • Must be based in the US.
  • Proven track record of hiring, structuring, and growing marketing teams.
  • Deep expertise in CRM, marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Experience applying behavioral science or motivational frameworks to marketing tactics.
  • Background in B2C healthcare, mental health, or employee benefits strongly preferred.
