What you will do
- Own end-to-end member lifecycle strategy across awareness, activation, engagement, and re-engagement stages.
- Develop omni-channel member campaigns (email, push, SMS, in-app) grounded in behavioral science and audience segmentation.
- Build and optimize automated consumer journeys using modern CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate personalization, improve segmentation, and scale content production.
- Define and track member engagement KPIs, using data to continuously test and improve campaign performance.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing member marketing team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing experience in consumer/member-facing lifecycle or engagement roles.
- Must be based in the US.
- Proven track record of hiring, structuring, and growing marketing teams.
- Deep expertise in CRM, marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization.
- Experience applying behavioral science or motivational frameworks to marketing tactics.
- Background in B2C healthcare, mental health, or employee benefits strongly preferred.
